Multimedia Specialist, Penske TEC

Penske built a special operations center, called PTEC, to address the need for new product testing, validation and repair.  With two dedicated teams of technicians and media professionals, working side by side, to assist some 6000 technicians nationwide in keeping customers fleet trucks operating, on time and in a safe manner.

I helped produced a wide assortment of in-housing visual training programs and supports. From simple HOW2 instruction of drivetrain repairs, to applying modular software updates of onboard computer applications. With a goal a 48 hour turnaround from discovery, production to published solution.

A change in leadership set a new course in hiring the best of technicians as area trainer managers to address issues locally. These trainers were also given task to produce their own media content. Which made more sense from a logistics view for a large company dealing with over 400,000 trucks and products from dozens of manufacturers.

I am actively seeking a new family to share my skills and expertise. You can view my resume' here:
